Description
Inspired by on-going UKRI discussions about plans to establish Community Centres of Excellence within the UKRI DRI, our vision is to bring together practitioners, community champions and programme managers from diverse areas of scientific computation in the UK to articulate what we each mean by 'community' and map out what challenges and opportunities may lie ahead.
The afternoon session will continue with presentations from practitioners representing diverse areas of HPC science, and conclude with a discussion compered by DiRAC Drector Mark Wilkinson.
